Where is my order?
Please refer to your order confirmation for notes on fulfillment times ( underneath the products title). If your order has shipped, you will have been sent an order confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
My order tracking info isn't updating. Why?
Unfortunately this happens on occasion with orders shipping via USPS. To speed up the delivery process, USPS workers skip the initial scanning stage and your package is instead moved right into delivery mode. Because it wasn't scanned, tracking information will not update. This is very common response especially during covid19 and holiday increases in shipping. Please be patient as 99% of the time packages actually deliver on time.
I need to change my shipping address or method!
If you've emailed within the designated fulfillment time, we're happy to make the change. Please use our contact form to get in touch.
Where do you get your leather?
We use leathers that come from cow, pig, and bison which are processed in the US and Europe. With sustainability at heart, we partner with suppliers with outstanding reputations that we trust to produce responsibly and minimize health and environmental impact during the leather tanning process. Wickett & Craig, Horween, and Conceria Walpier are three of our favorite tanneries located around the world and we use their hides often.
