Craftswomanship Guarantee

As true Craftswomen, we stand behind our work one-hundred percent. Should you have an issue with the manufacturing of your product we will repair it for you at any time during the life of your product.
  • Manufacturing repairs include stitching, gluing, and hardware malfunctions. These repairs are free of charge for domestic customers.  International customers may be required to pay shipping/taxes.
  • Wear repairs include replacing hardware and leather components, or any work that is a result of product use. Thesee repairs might incur a fee for both domestic and international customers.

Other Shop Policies

 

Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via your chosen method at checkout. Awl Snap cannot be held responsible for lost or stollen packages or packages delivering late. It does unfortunately happen from time to time, and we do our best to minimize these occurrences by giving you options during checkout. 
International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority Mail. Please be aware that due to the shipping policies of countries outside of the US, shipments can sometimes take longer if held up in customs. Furthermore, Awl Snap cannot be responsible for any fees or duties other countries might impose upon orders when they enter your country. Please research your countries taxes and import fees before ordering. Thank you for understanding!

 

Refunds and exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days on un-used, stock products with the original purchase or gift receipt.
Any orders for products considered custom, altered, or sale are considered final sale and not available for a refund. 

The item must be unused and in the original condition for us to process the return. Items found to be used will be returned to sender. 

To process a return/exchange, please select one of the methods below:
  • Bring your return to our retail studio along with your order receipt or order number during our open hours, and we can help process your return or exchange. 
  • Mailing your item back to us: Notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receipt of your order that you would like a refund either by (original payment method), or store credit for exchange. Please provide your original order receipt or order number. Please note that if you are mailing your item it must be received back to us within the 14 days window- starting from the date you received your package. We recommend you use a tracking service on your return shipment to track its journey back to us.
