Return, Repair, & Shipping Policies


 
Craftswomanship Guarantee
As a true Craftswoman, I stand behind my work one-hundred percent. Should you have an issue with the manufacturing or craftswomanship of your product, I will repair it for you at no cost*. This includes stitching and hardware malfunction. If you have a request for repair due to your own use, please get in touch for pricing on repair.
*International customers may incur shipping charges for repairs.

 

Production Time
I create my products in small batches of 1-3 pieces at a time however this production time can change throughout the year based on demands.  If an item is not noted as in stock, please read the item description for details on how long before it is available to ship.

Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via your chosen method at checkout.  Additionally, if you would prefer your item be signed for upon delivery, please get in touch or make a note during checkout! Awl Snap cannot be held responsible for lost or stollen packages. It does unfortunately happen from time to time, and we would like to work with you to prevent such a disaster. 
International orders over $50 USD are shipped via DHL (3 -5 days for delivery) or USPS Priority mail (5 to 20 days for delivery). Please be aware that due to the shipping policies of countries outside of the US, shipments can sometimes take longer if held up in customs. Furthermore, Awl Snap cannot be responsible for any fees or duties other countries might impose upon orders when they enter your country. Please research your countries taxes before ordering. Thank you for understanding!

 

Refunds and exchanges
Accepted within 14 days on un-used, stock products. Please follow the steps below.
  • Please notify us by email or phone within 15 days of receipt of your order that you would like a refund by original payment method, or store credit. 
  • Your item must also be received back to us within 30 days of the package delivery date to you.  You may choose to use a tracking service on your return shipment to track its journey back to the studio. 
  • The item must be un-used and in the original condition for us to process the return.
