Returns & Refunds
Items eligible for return:Items labeled on the website as "in stock" or "made-to-order" are eligible for return in unused, new condition. Items listed as "custom", "altered", "whoopsie", "seconds", or "final sale" are all final sale and no refunds or credits will be issued. If you'd like to request and return and refund, please follow the instructions below. 1.Notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order 2.Send an email to hello@awlsnap.com 3.Include your original order number in your email 4.Include which items you would like to return You will then be emailed return instructions. Once we receive your return item(s) and verify new condition, we will issue you a refund via the method of payment used at checkout, unless otherwise noted on your order. Domestic orders are shipped via your chosen method at checkout. Awl Snap cannot be held responsible for lost or stollen packages or packages delivering late. It does unfortunately happen from time to time, and we do our best to minimize these occurrences by giving you options during checkout.
International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority Mail. Please be aware that due to the shipping policies of countries outside of the US, shipments can sometimes take longer if held up in customs. Furthermore, Awl Snap cannot be responsible for any fees or duties other countries might impose upon orders when they enter your country. Please research your countries taxes and import fees before ordering.
