What’s the process?
- Request a product catalog here.
- Select the ideal items for your project (we can help you decide if you’re unsure).
- Share your logo/artwork with us so we can do a virtual mockup for you to review/share with your team.
- Approve! We get the order started on the paperwork side: send you a sales order, request for deposit, estimated delivery time, etc.
- Wait patiently for your goods to arrive, OR , talk to us about hosting an in-person workshop to make an even bigger impact on your event!
Can we do a custom shape?
We love getting creative! If it makes sense for your project needs and budget, we’d love to help design a custom product for your brand.
What colors are available?
Each of our product descriptions will list available colors. In most cases, our colored leathers are dyed by hand. By choosing to hand dye, we have the flexibility to offer lower minimums per order, making it ideal for smaller projects. Need a specific color? Get in touch!
What’s your typical turnaround time?
This depends on the item and quantity. Generally speaking, we need a minimum of two weeks for any project. In a rush? We may be able to offer faster service for a rush fee! Get in touch.
Do you offer white labelling?
Yes! If you're interested in putting your brand name on our product and selling them retail, please get in touch for a custom quote.

How do I know you’re a legit company?
We are a small, women-owned company located in Richmond, Virginia. We have been in business for 15+ years now, and all our products are made by hand in our workshop. I hope our Google reviews, website reviews, and social media pages help offer some proof! :)
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
This depends on the product, and each product will note a “minimum order quantity” in the pricing options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Typically, we ship internationally via DHL. It is important to know that your country may impose duties or taxes on imported goods from the US. This is important for you to investigate ahead of placing an order, as we cannot be responsible for any taxes incurred on delivery.
