Three Women Talking and making leather products

Awl Snap started as a solo adventure, but it wouldn't be where it is today-or where it's headed-without a brilliant team behind it along the way. I've been lucky enough to have found some amazing, talented people over the years and they have really been integral in shaping Awl Snap into the kind of business I've dreamed of belonging to myself. I am not interested in finding the cheapest labor to keep costs low. Instead, my mission is to build a solid team where each player is heard, valued, and rewarded when showing up to Awl Snap every day. A place where we knock our goals out of the park, and still have a lot of fun along the way.  If you're reading this and thinking, "yes! thats me!!!", then I'm looking forward to meeting you.
