In this workshop you will learn hand-stitching techniques and how to use a handful of fundamental leatherworking toolsas we make leather plant hangers together in my Richmond, Virginia studio. This workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and is a fun way to get introduced to the art of leatherworking. No experience is required. Please see dropdown menu below for available dates. Your choice of leather and thread colors needed to complete one plant hanger. (Selections made during the workshop.)
One teracotta plant pot (plant not included).
Use of Awl Snap's leatherworking tools during the workshop.
Due to Covid 19 this workshop will be limited to 6 people so we have ample space. Masks are required to be worn for the duration of the workshop. A waiver will be required to participate and will be handed out before the workshop begins.
